Growing up I was always taking care of the horses. Then when it came time to work I would go back and forth from horses to coffee in Seattle to food in California, bringing my horse and dog with me. After going to school specifically for publishing I decided to combine agriculture with food service and have been working to get the name of the great food artisans out to the foodies who adore them. From serving Michelin starred chefs to judging coffee competitions and helping restaurants open for the best possible set up for success that is possible, I’m all about food from the ground up.
